Affiliation with Rx Partnership
Rx Partnership is able to provide free drugs in bulk only through
Free Clinics and Community Health Centers that have their own pharmacies.
(Rx Partnership does not work directly with individuals.) RxP has
recently started providing product to several affiliates that serve
as central fill pharmacies. Free clinics without pharmacies may be
able to receive product by working with one of these affiliates. Please
contact RxP if you would like more information about your clinic’s
potential eligibility to work with a central fill pharmacy and receive
free medications for your patients.
Affiliation Process
Affiliation with RxP is available only to Free Clinics and Community
Health Centers that operate their own pharmacies. To become an affiliated
clinic, eligible clinics must:
- complete the RxP Application Form and Attestation Form (download
below)
- provide supporting documents regarding eligibility screening
and pharmacy operations as listed on the Application Form and
- pay a one-time application fee of $250.00
Once the Application materials are received and confirmed to be complete,
RxP will schedule a site visit with the clinic to review and observe
eligibility screening procedures and pharmacy operations. The exact
review items are listed on a Credentialing Checklist (download below).
After the visit is complete and any resulting issues are resolved,
RxP staff will recommend the clinic to the RxP Board of Trustees for
affiliation. The RxP Board approves all affiliations.
